Low Intensity Physical Fitness

Designed for individuals with limited mobility or those who prefer to practise seated. It involves gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques that can be done while sitting in a chair.
Tailored specifically for office workers, this style addresses common issues like neck and back pain, stress reduction, and improving posture. It often incorporates stretches and exercises that can be done at a desk.
Incorporate controlled movements to gradually increase range of motion and warm up muscles before physical activity. Examples include arm circles, leg swings, and torso twists.
Utilises foam rollers and mobility exercises to release muscle tension and improve range of motion, enhancing flexibility and athletic performance.
