We offer personalised sessions at competitive rates to meet your individual needs. Depending on your location and preferred time slot our individual packages (1 person + Trainer) range from $95 to $155 per session. Our Buddy Personal Training Programs (2 people + Trainer) range from $140 – $200. Contact us to find a plan that works for you.
