Right from the start, we conduct a comprehensive consultation where we take down all the important information necessary. We then curate a customised diet plan for you to follow. This plan will be tweaked based on the outcomes and the progress you are making. We will work with you on a daily basis to ensure you are on track. Ensure the recipes are to your satisfaction, the macros and calorie target are in line.
We can even come down to your kitchen to see what changes can be implemented or take you grocery shopping to stock your fridge. Not only that, we can deliver healthy meals to your doorstep too!
