Before approaching Athleaders, I experienced severe migraines and pain almost on a daily basis due to tight traps. After years of doing yoga, I wanted to improve my strength and muscle tone without taking any risk of injuring myself. I also wanted to work with someone motivating and positive. Throughout the program, Lisa split our sessions into movement work and weight-based strength training. This combination was super effective for me. Initially, I was sore after almost every session (in a good way!) and felt muscles I hadn't worked in years. To my surprise, my upper back pain disappeared 3 months into the program! I had a fantastic experience training with Athleaders and Coach Khalim. Post-pregnancy, my objective was to close my abdominal gap (DR) and in general get fit again and just feel kind of myself. The mix of targeted exercises during the session plus the self-training provided for my off-days worked wonders in shrinking the gap. My core, back, and glutes are stronger than ever, and I've regained my pre-pregnancy body. Beside that I loved the convenience and flexibility that Khalim came to my house. We offer personalised sessions at competitive rates to meet your individual needs. Depending on your location and preferred time slot our individual packages (1 person + Trainer) range from $95 to $155 per session. Our Buddy Personal Training Programs (2 people + Trainer) range from $140 – $200. Contact us to find a plan that works for you.
