I came to him 12 weeks postpartum with my second child with very specific goals - to get back running again without injury as well as pregnancy weight loss. I am experienced with fitness and exercised regularly before pregnancy so know what I like and what I don't when it comes to training. He listened to all my needs and devised unique training sessions that never got boring and challenged me at a safe pace. I highly recommend him and look forward to training together in the future
