I have seen a major body transformation ever since I started training with Bernhard and his team around four months ago. I absolutely love being part of the Athleaders bootcamp, it is a great way to start the day and [the trainer] is a fantastic trainer who is always on hand to support and motivate. I have been training for 9 months with them and have seen a huge improvement in my strength and my stamina. I started with Athleaders in November 2022 as I wanted to attend classes closer to my home, I had been recommended Athleaders by some friends and decided to try it out. Since I started I have attended 3-4 bootcamps a week and I have improved my stamina significantly, toned my body and maintained and perhaps even improved the strength level I came with. I had a wish to not only be strong, but also see my body be more toned and I have really been happy with my results. I joined the Athleaders Bootcamp in Sentosa in January 2023. When I first started, I wanted to get back into a regular routine.The mix of strength and cardio in the bootcamp sessions has really worked for me. I have seen tremendous improvements in my physical abilities. For instance, when I started, I was able to use a maximum of 5 kg dumbbells for any overhead exercises, but am now able to handle 10 kg weights. The supportive environment created by the trainers has given me the confidence to push myself beyond my limits and achieve my goals.
