However, we cannot provide a specific answer to the minimum required number of sessions. Different people come to us with different health conditions, and the time you will need to recover your movements might not be the same as that of another person. Therefore, this is an answer we can only offer after a few sessions.
Our functional training routines are planned on the basis of progressive overload. Which means that the first few sessions will only focus on light movement exercises. This way, the trainer will perform a quick assessment of how your body is adapting to the routine.
After that, the intensity of the exercises will start to gradually increase. This gradual increment will follow the inputs of your dietician and accountability coach, who will monitor your progress. After a few sessions, we expect that you will gain the confidence to start working on more intense workouts and move without the need for any support.
