Khalim is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer and has multiple certifications pertaining to Reflexology, Myofascial (muscle and tissue) Interventions from NASM, and Sports Massage training from Bodyworks. He is also a trained TRX and free motion expert, and a certified Health & Wellness Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York.
He is passionate about approaching a person’s health keeping their bio-individuality in mind. He looks at each client’s unique starting point – in terms of their physique, goals, and challenges, and has experience in customising workout routines to help them achieve their fitness targets with ease and enthusiasm.
Khalim comes with close to two decades of personal fitness training experience, during which he has worked with clients having goals ranging from weight loss, pre and postnatal fitness, muscle building, and strength training or a combination of them all. He is known among his clients for being friendly and enthusiastic.
