Jerome has been a certified personal trainer since 2019, with a focus on helping his clients achieve their fitness goals in a safe and effective way. He has a diploma in Sports and Exercise Sciences, which has given him a deeper understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. Jerome is also a Senior Fitness Specialist and has been certified by the Singapore Heart Foundation in CPR & AED.
In addition, Jerome has expanded his knowledge by becoming a Level 1&2 Suspended Fitness Trainer in 2021, which has allowed him to incorporate functional training into his clients’ routines. He is also a Fit Muay Foundations Trainer, which has enabled him to incorporate his passion for Muay Thai into his clients’ workouts.
Jerome is experienced in handling a variety of personal training goals, including weight loss, gym-based training, muscle building (hypertrophy), functional training, and strength training. He takes a customised approach to each client, assessing their current fitness level, goals, and any limitations they may have. From there, he creates a tailored training plan that is challenging yet attainable for his clients.
Finally, Jerome has specialties in boxing and kickboxing, which can be incorporated into clients’ routines for cardiovascular training and to add variety to their workouts. He is also experienced in TRX training, which uses suspension to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability.
