Shawn is an NCSF-certified personal trainer and a CPR & AED expert with considerable rehab training and nutritional coaching experience.
Having many years of experience training clients with goals ranging from weight loss, strength building, and muscle gain to general fitness, he has developed his own style of adding variations cyclically into their fitness routines- making it an interesting mix of strength training, hypertrophy (muscle building), and conditioning exercises. His focus remains on results that are measurable not only in terms of weight loss but also stamina, endurance, and strength.
He not only helps clients lose fat and gain muscles but also specialises in optimising the effectiveness of various training routines with nutrition tips and guidance.
